As you may already know I work part time since the beginning of July. 80% of my time is desired to my professional employment and the rest is dedicated to the development of Coding happiness and its projects.

People are needed in both places 🙂

Unpaid

Working with me after hours is not paid (yet 😉 ) but has not too many requirements – the only one is to be keen on programming and to have the motivation to do things in your free time. You can be an absolute beginner – I will warmly welcome you since you have fanatic programming mood. Let me know if you’ll want to help me to build the innovative pair programming platform for us (programmers)!

Paid

The company I’m currently working for needs programmers as well. The big advantage is that they pay for it, however, they have more requirements 😉 [details].

As you can guess – when I recommend you and you’ll get the job – I’ll get the finder’s fee. I’m offering half of the prize to you since you are the guy who gives value in the situation.
